The beginning of the title sequenced showed this girl who was doing her make up in front of a mirror, as this was going on there was dramatic music that accompanied and came into play within this title sequence, it seemed that every time she would put makeup, the names and credits where shown on a blank screen, this could be a form of credits over a blank screen followed by the film’s opening. The use of camera shots were very intense we could as the audience almost feel the emotion from this young girl (anger and hatred clinging rebelliously in the atmosphere) there were close-ups shots that told us as the audience the emotion that she was going through. However the mise en scene the use of setting was very exquisite, many thriller movies have employed the use of a shower scene as there setting, in a way the setting itself tells the story especially if it’s in the bathroom. The use of cross- cut (camera that takes us from one scene to another) as there was a young man lying in a bath, looked like he was drugged. We could clearly see that this guy was obviously is some sort of connection to the girl possibly a boyfriend or something. The title in some ways was very deceptive emphasising the events to come.
